Hi! I’m Alison, a Physiotherapist who believes in a “balanced life”! Yep, I treat clients who are having symptoms of vertigo, frequent falls, or dizziness with nausea. Our care is comprehensive- not just reducing symptoms, but ensuring you can return to the activities that are important to you. Whether it’s horseback riding, playing with your grandkids, cards, work, gardening- we’ll tackle that!
Hi! I’m Alison, a Physiotherapist who believes in a whole person approach, starting with the brain.
Persons with a concussion often come to the clinic for headache & neck pain. But, we don’t stop there! Balance, endurance, noise or light sensitivity & sleep interventions help clients return to their complete version of “better”.
Hi! I’m Alison, a Physiotherapist who believes that incontinence is not inevitable.
Pelvic floor muscle function impacts our day-to-day activities of peeing, defecation & sexual functions. Incontinence & pain in the pelvis can be improved if changes have occurred due to aging, having children, recovering from prostate surgery or simple everyday life. Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a mix of touch (internal) & non-touch (external) techniques. Working together with clients ensures comfort & progress toward unrestricted pelvic movement & muscle control.
Hi! I’m Alison, a Physiotherapist who believes in functional recovery. Those in pain (whether persistent or new) need REAL solutions. I will take a look at all options & empower change, troubleshoot together, manage symptoms & celebrate what you CAN do along a greater journey to recovery.

Hi I’m Kevin, or what my co-workers like to refer to as “the quiet therapist”. My voice only travels 30 cm. I found my true calling within the physical therapy field; manual therapy (hands-on care). Throughout my experience (20+ years- yes, I’m that old, even if I don’t act or look like it) I’ve found that the best therapists use their hands, as well as their minds.
I’m a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT)- wow, that’s a mouthful. FCAMPT therapists hold the highest level of training in manual therapy within Canada. This means that I have the ability to manipulate (aka crack) all kinds of joints, including the spine. Manipulation is a fast, small movement that causes the joint to cavitate (crack). A very thorough assessment can help me determine if this would be a safe form of treatment for you. Of course, I only provide treatment that you are comfortable with and have provided permission for.
I also offer acupuncture and dry needling. During acupuncture, needles go into very specific mapped out points on the body- mostly to help with pain. Dry needling is using acupuncture needles to help ease pain, improve mobility and function by directly needling trigger points (aka muscle knots). I combine these modalities with exercise and education to help my clients achieve their goals, but even with all of this, and regardless of the experience I have, still the best treatment I offer is listening.
Now, you know what to say when someone asks you what the funniest bone in the body is? The humerus!
